Is Spiderman the superhero who saved Christmas, or is he the ANTI-SANTA!?

I noticed this when I was working at a Hokkaido ski resort in 2008.

I’ve seen a lot of weird Santas in my time but this is probably the weirdest.

From this angle, the Spiderman ride at Universal Studies, Osaka doesn’t seem like such a kid-friendly ride.

I found this during my first trip to Japan in 2004.
